I work at the intersection of healthcare, learning, and communication, often stepping in when training or educational materials exist but aren’t fully supporting the work they were intended to do.

My background includes healthcare copywriting focused on patient- and clinician-facing educational content, formal training in instructional design, and years of experience working with complex, regulated information. Much of my work involves reviewing existing materials, identifying where understanding or application breaks down, and clarifying content so it can be used effectively in real-world settings. 

How Projects Tend to Unfold

II’m often brought in when organizations sense that something isn’t landing but aren’t yet sure why. Rather than starting from scratch, I focus on understanding how materials function in practice and where targeted changes can improve clarity, usability, and alignment with day-to-day work.

I work primarily asynchronously through structured review and written recommendations, allowing for careful analysis without disrupting ongoing operations. This approach is especially well suited to healthcare and other regulated environments, where accuracy, sound judgment, and clarity matter as much as completion.
